SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

The shipping fee is included in the price displayed.

● Rearrange a delivery window during which they

If your order has been lost by the carrier, We know it can be frustrating waiting for an item to arrive, and will do everything we can to resolve any problems with delivery, and we will look into the situation for you with the shipping company.

RETURN POLICY

Items purchased cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a mistake from our side: colour, size, type, damages, or if it does not match the description.
In this case, a refund will be issued. You should receive your refund within 5 working days.
We process refunds to the same payment method you used to place your order, so it reaches you as quickly as possible.
Once a refund has been processed, you will see it reflected within 5 working days – though this may be shorter depending on your payment method.
